Fall Work Days

Fall Work Days

September 7th and November 2nd, right after the 11am Men's Gatherings.

Introduction

We believe that our physical space should reflect our values. And we value kids! That's why we're inviting all the men—yes, you!— and all women, and students (middle to high school) to roll up your sleeves and help us with two crucial tasks.  We will do the following after both Men's Gatherings.

Closet Demolition in the Indoor Play Area

Who's Needed? Everyone! Whether you're a seasoned handyman or just eager to lend a hand, we want you. We'll disassemble that smaller closet to create more room for our little ones, middle and high school students.

Reorganizing Our Large Storage Space

Who's Needed? Again, everyone! We need both skilled and unskilled volunteers.

What We Will Do

Unskilled Volunteers: Help us declutter! Let's sort through items, dispose of what we no longer need, and make space for what truly matters.

Skilled Volunteers: Your expertise will shine here. Let's assemble proper storage solutions to organize everything and make things easy to find.

Why Should You Join

Build Friendships: It's not just about the tasks; it's about coming together as brothers in the faith and as God's family. We'll laugh, share stories, and build lasting connections.
Impact: By beautifying and organizing our space, you're directly contributing to the welcoming environment we offer to everyone who walks through our doors.

How Can You Sign Up

Simply show up after the Men's Gathering ends at 11 am. Look for the friendly faces—we'll be the ones with tool belts and smiles.
No need to RSVP; just bring your enthusiasm, tools if you got 'em, and willingness to serve.

What To Bring

If you have any of the following please bring...

  • trucks and/or trailers for hauling to the dump or local ministries
  • wheelbarrows or carts for moving items
  • tools for disassembling like screwdrivers, pliers, adjustable wrenches, hammers, crowbar or pry bar, utility knives, safety gear like gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
